Special notice on Christmas/ New Year's Day holiday shipping arrangements:
Christmas and New Year's Day are approaching, and the holiday arrangements are as follows:
(1) December 24th to December 27th is a Christmas holiday with a 4-day holiday, and delivery will resume back to normal on Wednesday (December 28).

UPS, FedEx, DHL customs and customs declaration bank will have a delay in customs clearance, pick-up and delivery. Please make a delivery and cargo delivery plan in advance, which will cause you inconvenience.

If you have received the correct order and are unsatisfied with the fit of them item, we are happy to accommodate this request within 2 days of receiving. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to our store, and the customer will incur the shipping cost. Once we receive the item, you will be refunded within 7 business days through the method of payment the item was originally purchased.
We currently do not do exchanges. You will have to go through the return process and order a new product.

Cancel Order Policy
We cannot accept cancellations if the order is already in shipping process, including an internal transfer from our warehouse to the Shipping and Distribution Centre.
Most orders go into production 24 - 48 hours after purchasing depending on the numbers of order receiving. If you would like to check if it’s possible to cancel your order, please email info@superflyoutlet.com and include:

Refund Policy
Once your return is authorized and product is received, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
