For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, Superfly Outlet comprises SPFO Limited and its subsidiaries (collectively, we or us). Respecting and protecting our customers’ privacy and personal data is important to us. This Privacy Policy will help you understand how we collect, use and safeguard your personal data in our interactions with you.

It also describes your data protection rights, including a right to object to some of the processing which we carry out.

More information about your rights, and how to exercise them, is set out in the section What rights do I have?.

Privacy Policy - The Basics

What information do we collect and how do we use it?
When you place an order through this website, we need to know your name, e-mail, and credit card details if paying by credit card. This allows us to process and fulfill your order successfully. It also helps us in maintaining your account.

How does Superfly Outlet protect customer information?
When you place orders, we use a secure server. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. Furthermore, all of the sensitive customer data we collect is protected by several layers of encryption and several layers of security to prevent unauthorized access.

Credit Card Details
All credit card payments are processed securely through Stripe. Superfly Outlet does not store any credit card information on our servers.

What about Cookies?
"Cookies" are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive. Our cookies do not contain any personally identifying information. They allow you to place your online order and to login once you are subscribed. Most Web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually change your browser to prevent that. You will need cookies enabled to use the RADPRESENT website.

Your Consent
By using our website, you consent to the collection and use of this information by RADPRESENT. If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes so that you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances we disclose it.

Payment Gateway Info
Our payment options presently available are limited but most importantly, safe and secure. Credit Card payments are made directly through a 128 bit SSL Encryption software to ensure your personal details are kept safe. None of your payment details are stored - this ensures you will be happy with the security of your transaction.

What to Include in the Privacy Policy

Where permitted by law, you have the right to ask us for a copy of your personal data; to correct, delete or stop any active processing of your personal data, to obtain from us, in a structured, machine-readable format, the personal data you’ve previously provided to us, and to ask us to share this data with another data controller.

In some circumstances, your rights to object to our processing of your personal data may be limited -- for example, where fulfilling your objection request would reveal personal data about another person, where it would infringe our rights or the rights of a third party or if you ask us to delete information which we either are required by law to keep or have compelling legitimate interests in keeping. Relevant exemptions in these respects are provided under applicable laws. We will inform you of any exemptions we rely upon when responding to any objection request you make.

To exercise any of these rights, or to obtain other information (such as a copy of a legitimate interests assessment), you can get in touch with us – or our Data Privacy Officer – using the contact details set out in the section “How do I get in touch with you” below.
